Hotel Regina, a Victorian four-star establishment since 1894, is 350 m from Wengen and 65 km from Belp, and offers 76 rooms with views of the Jungfrau area, the Lauterbrunnen valley and the Wengen village. Single rooms (18 m²) offer single beds (0.90 by 2m) with a balcony or terrace. All rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, radio, flat-screen TV, telephone, and Wi-Fi. Suites range from 60 to 80 square meters. The Amanda Suite (70sqm) features a queen size bed (1.80 on 2m ), a living room, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a terrace. The Maximilien Suite (70 sqm) includes a living room with a queen size bed (1.80 on 2m), a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a terrace. The Magdalena Suite (70 square meters) has a living room with a queen size bed (1.80 on 2m ), a bedroom and bathroom. The Savoy Suite (60 square meters) features a balcony, a bedroom with a queen size bed (1.80 on 2m), a living room, a bathroom and a dressing room.

Hotel Regina features two restaurants. Jack's Brasserie offers traditional and international à la carte dishes and a wine list and is open daily from 6.45pm to 9.00pm. Chez Meyer's, with 15 Gault-Milau points, offers a menu of starters, main courses and desserts, and a 4 or 6-course menu, open from mid-June from Thursday to Saturday from 6.45pm to 9.00pm. Mickaël prepares dishes using fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients. Chez Meyer's has a French chef at the helm.

Guests can access the relaxation area, with a sauna and steam bath, open every day from 4 pm to 8 pm. The Beauty Regina Center promotes well-being of body and soul. You can book an individual slot from 3pm onwards for 45 min. Available services include massages.

Hotel Regina is near hiking trails that offer views of the Jungfrau, Eiger, and Mönch. Over 500 km of trails lead to vantage points in the Jungfrau region. The panorama trail between Wengen and Kleine Scheidegg has views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The Männlichen upper station has views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau mountains. Kleine Scheidegg connects Grindelwald with Lauterbrunnen and has hotels, restaurants, lifts and the stations of the Wengernalpbahn and Jungfraubahn. Two cog railways meet here. The Jungfraujoch is accessible by train from Kleine Scheidegg. The Trümmelbach Falls, with ten glacial waterfalls inside the mountain accessible by a lift in the rock, are nearby.

Hotel Regina offers services such as luggage collection from the train station in Wengen upon arrival, and luggage storage after checkout. The hotel provides concierge service.
